Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of Steel TMT Bars from MS Agarwal Foundries Pvt. Ltd. (MS Life Steel). By placing an order, customers agree to these terms.

Product specifications

TMT bars conform to relevant standards and undergo quality checks. Product specifications, including grade, size, weight, and length, are as per the order confirmation. Weight variations follow industry norms.

Pricing & payment

Prices are subject to market fluctuations and will be confirmed at the time of order placement. Full or partial payment must occur before dispatch. Government duties and taxes fall to the customer.

Order placement & confirmation

Orders are processed only upon receipt of an official purchase order and advance payment (if applicable). Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled without approval. Custom orders may need extended lead time.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines depend on location and will be communicated at order confirmation. The company will not be responsible for delays due to force majeure events like strikes, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions. Customers must arrange proper unloading.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order quantity, distance, and transport mode and will be shared during order confirmation. The buyer is responsible for arranging labour and equipment for unloading at the delivery site.

Inspection & acceptance

Customers must inspect the material upon delivery and report any damages, defects, or shortages within the period stated on the order confirmation. Unaddressed complaints result in material acceptance. Returns cover manufacturing defects only.

Warranty & liability

The company ensures that the TMT bars meet industry standards but does not provide warranties beyond the specified chemical & mechanical properties. The company is not liable for improper storage, handling, or usage.

Refund and cancellation policy

No refunds apply to payments processed through the platform. As a service provider, we do not process, collect, or hold any payments on behalf of our clients. Payment disputes require contacting the respective client or payment gateway directly.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
